So, I have chemically dyed red hair and I'm not prepared to give it up. ...52? I don't know, my first day without shampoo was June 16.
I think my hair is adjusting fairly well. I've only been washing it once a week or so, since it's summer and it's okay if I look greasy for now. I've been using the standard 1tbsp to 1c ratio for BS/ACV.
